Our Kingman Campus of Care, The Gardens Rehab Care Center, The  Lingenfelter Center, The Gardens at Kingman and Helen's Place, along with our Bullhead Campus of Care, The River Gardens Rehab and Care Center, and The Legacy Rehab & Care Center, were established to meet the physical, spiritual and mental needs of the residents we serve. The overall well being of the residents is the primary emphasis of the care that we provide to improve quality of life. We specialize in assisted living needs, rehabilitation services, sub-acute care, hospice care and Alzheimer and Behavioral health care services.

The home like atmosphere, our trained caregivers' expertise and the multiple services offered assure the residents and their families that they are receiving the best care our community has to offer.

The skilled nursing facilities are Medicare approved with semi-private rooms including bathroom and shower. We have a large dining room where each resident is personally serviced with home style cooking. There are beautiful courtyards with attractive patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors, fresh air, and the picturesque Arizona mountains.
